The provola curd is stretched and braided by hand by our expert cheese makers to prepare these delightful 2,5 kg braids, which after a short maturing are exposed to a smoking procedure. It is a cheese that makes a good show on deli counters, served in slices it gives its best if grilled and seasoned with oil and fresh grinded black pepper.

This product is also available in the “golden” version, i.e. before being smoked.
