Our traditional Pugliese-style ricotta is a product that lends itself very well to be put in an oven and smoked for a few hours. In this way it gains a delicious and round aroma, and it is ideal for pasta seasoning and perfectly accompanies salami and bacon in cheerful chopping boards.

Available in two different sizes, 300 g and 1 kg, both vacuum-packaged.
