Rustichello cheese

Semi-soft cheese with a unique and inviting taste. After the first 15 days of aging in a cellar, the Rustichello cheese becomes soft and tasty. Aged at the cool of cellar and oiled it becomes more compact with a pleasing aroma. The crust is thin and soft, with an off-white color. It is delicious as a table cheese together with a selection of cold cuts or marinated vegetables.
