Small burratas are put into an  oven and exposed to wood smoke for 30 minutes. Through this process they gain an intense but creamy and delicate flavor. It is a very delicate yet delicious product, ideal as an appetizer or as an ingredient in gourmet recipes. Our smoked burrata is packed in protective atmosphere in a practical and elegant transparent plastic container.
